AERI Programme (Art, Education & Research Initiative)

The African Epistemologies Research Initiative (AERI) is one of the Foundation’s yearly academic support programmes. It is created to guide final‑year students who wish to develop research rooted in African knowledge systems, cultural heritage, and creative inquiry. Through a structured process that includes topic selection, proposal review, and mentorship, AERI helps students strengthen their research capacity while complementing their institutional supervision. The programme promotes cultural awareness, intellectual growth, and meaningful engagement with African perspectives.
